Education Committee Vision Statement: As an outreach organization of the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce, the Education Committee strives to offer Chamber members learning opportunities that enhance their productivity, business acumen, business growth, and provide them with the skills and abilities to connect and thrive.
Education Committee Mission Statement: The Education Committee plans and organizes learning events designed to offer Chamber members concise presentations focused on topics that develop the skills and abilities necessary to be successful in business. By bringing together knowledgeable member resources as presenters, the Committee ensures that the information provided meets the specific needs of the Johns Creek business community.
Through a thorough review process, the Committee ensures that the materials presented meet the objectives stated in the Education Committee Vision Statement. Topics must deliver useful tools, skills, and information that can be used by business professionals to enhance their business skills. As such, the Committee strives to add value to the business community and to prevent sales presentations that only serve the ends of the presenter.
The Johns Creek Chamber presents Lunch and Learns, Seminars and Workshops for members and most are open to the community. Members may submit a proposal to the Education Committee for the opportunity to present business education offerings.
